The villa is really nice with a beautiful garden which is also lighted by night. The breakfast in the garden was great, not very diverse but really tasty. The staff is friendly, they helped us with all the information needed. The villa is close to the vaporetto station (7min by foot).

Hotel Villa Delle Palme is a pleasant and charming hotel offering a special atmosphere with its art nouveau style and architecture. From its early 20th century tower, you will enjoy an amazing 360° view of the Lido, surrounding islands, the lagoon and Venice. From this special viewpoint, you can even see St. Mark’s Square. Beautiful little gem in a great location no 5 walking minutes from Lido S.M.E.! Even though it was renovated only recently, it fully kept it's 19th century charme. The rooms (and especially the showers :-)) weren't the biggest as you would expect from a mansion that has been converted to a hotel, but don't let that scare you as this hotel has something that no other one has: a view over northern Lido from a small tower-lile structure up on the building that is freely accesible from where you can also see the main islands! Plus the staff and owners were amazingly friendly: I asked them if we could have a birthday cake for one of our daughter's 9th birthday the day before her birthday and they baked a full-flegded cake in the shape of the number 9 just a day after! :-O We were all pretty amazed to say the least! So long story short: highly recommended for a stay in Venice away from the crowded main islands! Thanks again for your hospitality, hope to see you again soon! :-)
