The Tamara Coorg is a 5-star property about 8 km from Nalkanad Palace and Thadiandamol. Featuring contemporary resort-style decor, all guestrooms come with a private terrace where guests can enjoy fresh mountain air and watch birds. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. I have had the pleasure to stay in this facility for 3 days. I booked it because it was close to my place of interest, because it had good reviews and because the pictures looked pretty. Little did I know how much I underestimated this resort! The combination of tranquility, breathtaking views from your "room", the omnipresent luxury, selection of superb activities, the cuisine, the actual living forest all around you and overall hospitality and service simply cannot be described by words. One must experience it first-hand to fully appreciate this gem of a property. This property is situated literally inside a functioning coffee plantation, where you can explore the coffee making process from blossom to brewing (and roast / grind coffee beans yourself!). That is only one of the few exceptional activities offered, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The plantation is huge, and so is the resort itself. So of course they drive you with a buggy, whenever you are not in a mood for a little walk. Your "room" is actually a cottage, suspended above tree foliage, with a sense of complete privacy, even though a next cottage is nearby. The view has depth which can only be experienced by the seashore, or at high altitude. The connection to nature is taken very seriously here, and can also be felt intensely everywhere - whether you are relaxing on the terrace of your cottage, or walking to the pool and spa, or just having dinner. Talking about dining. The selection and variety of meals is astonishing, and so is the flavor. The whole dining experience is wonderful - the taste, the drinks & cocktails, the fact that you are actually dining above the waterfall, prompt and kind service offered by every staff member (waiters and managers alike). I would especially like to spotlight Mr.Bishu, who was serving us for the duration of our stay. He was always professional, very kind, attentive to all our needs, and so polite. Madikeri
Well set in Madikeri, The Blue Mountains Estate Stay features accommodation with free WiFi. The property is located 24 km from Raja Seat, 25 km from Madikeri Fort and 30 km from Abbi Falls Free private parking is available on site. It is clean and peaceful. The food is tasty. It is a perfect getaway for some close family time.

Perched 4000 feet above sea level on a peaceful hillside is Taj Madikeri Resort & Spa Coorg. It features a large spa, which offers spectacular views of the rainforest from each treatment room, luxurious accommodation and 4 dining options. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The ambience, the grandeur, the location , the courtesy of the staff. The property has a kind of mysticism attached to it. We loved being there. It experienced the Taj touch.
Great location, clean well designed rooms/cottages, friendly staff, good breakfast. Dinner food has to be pre-ordered and that quality/taste was not as good as expected.
Easy check-in process.Staffs were so kind . Rooms were well designed and comfortable restrooms with hot water any time. Walkable distance from the city center .sufficient parking area.
Clean and well maintained cottages. Amazing design of bathroom. Paths for a city dweller to walk easily on. Ponds filled with lily’s and fish, making it a haven for birds. Limited and curated food menu. Helpful staff, headed by a super manager.
Gorgeous location on top of the hill overlooking The valley amidst lovely tropical gardens. Restaurant has stunning views , dinner and breakfast were delicious. Room very comfortable with lovely valley view. The staff very kindly upgraded us to a room with a view on arrival- would definitely recommend ! The plantation tour of nearby certified organic Magnolia Mist was fascinating and worthwhile. We saw the coffee tea and vanilla growing and were able to purchase at end.
Gorgeous coffee plantation. Just 4 cottages on a huge property. Calm and peaceful with lovely views. It was my daughter's birthday and they kindly organized a delicious cake for her. I would recommend the estate tour.
The hotel is a series of chalets all positioned to enjoy the lush vegetation and plantation views. Quite possibly the best hotel room we have stayed in with a lovely balcony and well designed spacious room designed to max the views from your bed. Staff brilliant and must give a special mention to Ashweth for his informative morning walk. The restaurant was also excellent. There is nothing to fault about this place.
"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Treebo Trend New Redfern, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel's impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out. The rooms were not only comfortable but also well-designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
The location was absolutely surreal. The maintenance, design and çomfort of the luxury tents was great. The staff are very responsive and very amicable. Non-veg varities of food was good.
