Set on the shores of Lake Atitlan, Balam Ya offers a private dock area, free kayaks, and a complimentary light breakfast. Each villa has a balcony with views of the lake.
Our villas are surrounded by gardens, and offer free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Our larger villas are equipped with a kitchen and utesils, a standard fridge, our smaller villas are equipped with a kitchenette and utensils, a small fridge. You can find in all our villas: microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Small fans provided according request.
The villa is located right on the lake with spectacular views! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The manager was available at any time. We hired a chef for one night who prepared us great food. I would go back in heartbeat.

My favorite hotel in Panajachel. Lively garden, very nice staff, spa services, restaurant. I 9refer the newer rooms with views upstairs.

This property is magical! The staff is excellent and went above and beyond to make us happy. It’s also a great place to take kids. You can see an active volcano from the gardens at night.

Each attractive room has a terrace with lake and volcano views. All rooms have cable TV and a private bathroom.
This hotel has a nice view on the lake and volcanos. It is near the lake and the main shopping street. Room is very spacious and you have everything that you need. You can chill on the balcony and embrace the nice view. We liked to swim in the pool and to stay in jaccuzzi. Miguel was very nice and made us very tasty coctails at the pool bar.
Beds are very comfortables and the design gives a lot of privacy
We had a lovely stay in Luxury Atitlan. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. The room was large, clean and had an excellent View of the lake and Indian Nose mountain. The room had a hair dryer, shampoo and other bits which was very helpful.

Nice place to be at, we had a superior room which was very spacious and had a giant TV screen, plus a very nice design The hotel welcome its door to the stray dogs of the area, which was a HUGE PLUS for us, so we could spend some time with them, petting them and feeding them Also, the structure offers a lot of fun activities for free at night (e.g., trivia night) so you can meet new people and have fun
Great atmosphere and vibe at Selina! Lovely area by the pool and restaurant with lots of great seating spots, there are some residents dogs that are super friendly!! The bedroom was spacious really comfortable, and had a great design. It's in a perfect location, really close to the ferry boats to Lake Atitlan and local shops / cafes. Great events, including sunset Yoga looking over the lake.
Spacious room, hot water showers, lovely breakfast area with gorgeous garden and birds and delicious breakfast.
Such a beautiful hotel! So much prettier than the photos. It felt like a real luxury boutique hotel. Our room was very nice, the communal terrace very peaceful, and also the location was amazing. It’s tucked away at the end of the beach but just a few minutes was to restaurants/cafes etc. Highly recommend!

It's a wonderfully tranquil location tucked into the steep mountainside on the edge of the lake. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The grounds are wonderfully kept and provide a lovely atmosphere to immerse yourself in nature. In terms of the rooms, most every detail has been carefully thought out and lovingly designed. The hotel offers a rather amazing escape from the oftentimes loud and busy towns scattered around Lago Atitlan.
