We stayed in may, when the town is very calm, along with the beaches and the restaurants. The genuine people all over Ios really makes it stand out compared to Santorini. Best of all was our hosts, really amazing people, never met so kind and caring hosts, can’t thank them enough for making our stay the best it could be.

Dionysos Seaside Resort is located right at Mylopotas Beach. This 4-star property features elegantly decorated rooms, offering a view to the sea, pool or garden. A tennis court, 2 swimming pools, a beach bar and the Almyra by the Sea Restaurant are enjoyed by guests. The room was clean and modern and was cleaned every day along with fresh towels. The staff were friendly and attentive starting with our welcome and early check in all the way to being offered service around the pool. Breakfast was included and was a buffet style with lots of choice. Great choice between the pool and the beach as we had full use of sunbeds at either with the beach being only a 100m walk from the hotel.
