Each room at The Chesterton Hotel is lightly furnished, with large windows and private bathrooms. Rooms feature TVs with sports and movie channels, as well as tea/coffee facilities. Guests can also request a morning newspaper or a fresh fruit basket. The room, the friendly greeting, and the eagerness to attend to my needs was the best I have witnessed in the UK. First king size bed I've seen anywhere in Europe! The restaurant also has the largest selection of champagnes and spirits I've seen outside of a Five Star property.

Rooms at B&B Rafters are individually designed with elegant, bright décor. They feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities and an iPod docking station. There is also a safety deposit box and a laptop safe. Wonderful, clean and large bedroom with a lovely top spec, large ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was full of choices and full of flavours. The property is less than 6 miles from Oxford's Thornhill Park & Ride in Headington . Absolutely brilliant accommodation & location. This is 5 star....wonderful place. The Old Parsonage Hotel is a boutique hotel set in a building dating back to 1660. It has 2 terraces, a new residents garden library, a restaurant, a bar, and is a 5-minute walk from Oxford city centre. We spent 5 nights to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was a pleasure! The hotel is well located in the sense that you are close to everything but away from the busy centre. We loved the architecture, the artwork, the library, and the food! The restaurant is superb! We ate here several times. The quality is just fantastic. The staff were friendly and always helpful in various inquiries. They also arranged special transport for me one day to a site 30 minutes from Oxford. We also liked our room 28 on the top floor. It was most definitely a period room (entrance door low), but perfectly modern, large, and we loved it.
