Less than 3 miles from the historic centre of Canterbury, this luxury B&B enjoys a rural setting within its own oak woodland. Exceptional. The location worked well for me - a c. 10 quid taxi ride into Canterbury - had plenty of parking room. There was a forest to explore and pigs to see. It was really beautiful and peaceful! The host was wonderful and welcoming and made a fantastic full English breakfast to order in the morning (plus, there was cereal, etc.). The room was comfortable and modern and everything worked like it should! Would highly recommend.

We were arriving late and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable room and food when we arrived, even though the restaurant was closed. I cannot say enough good things about Sarah and the staff. The beds were really comfortable and we had a really good nights rest.

10to12 is a traditional Victorian property located in the port town of Folkestone, 6 minutes’ walk from spacious green parkland with a picnic area and sandy beach. Great location and amazing accommodation. The hosts were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, large and beautifully decorated. Everything that was needed on our short stay. Would 100% stay again

Broadstairs House Boutique B&B By The Sea is situated in Broadstairs, 3.3 km from Granville Theatre, 15 km from Sandwich Railway Station, as well as 21 km from Sandown Castle. Something different for breakfast every day, always delicious and well presented. Within easy walking distance of the beach and town centre and a good bus service nearby. Our room and the dining room were clean and bright with superb decor. Jenny and Peter proved to be excellent hosts.

Perfect location near the train station, lovely pubs and restaurants. Close to the Cathedral and all the sights in Canterbury. Atmospheric historic hotel, lovely room. Really friendly welcome, delicious high-quality breakfasts. Didn’t make use of the Honesty bar but wonderful idea!
