Fantastic boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet alley in the beautiful hood of wenshu monastery. Great great sense of customer service from the Xishu garden inn team - exceptional. And a courtyard full of charm where you’d want to spend hours sipping on a cup of coffee:) Would go back to chengdu just to stay there again!!

Our stay at W Chengdu was beyond our expectations. On our arrival, the receptionists were all very welcoming. The lobby is so stylish and modern, the room is so well-designed. Fancy: our room was very efficient and took great care of us. We loved the breakfast at the well-decorated Zing, we had lots of choice. The team at Zing is so warm and kind especially Jasmine, Hedy, Cassie, Mona, Ziki. We will not hesitate to come back again to W Chengdu for our next trip.
Hotel design and room facility
The design of the whole place was really pretty and had alot of beautiful traditional decorations. The staff was also extremely helpful and nice. The staff also kindly helped us bring our heavy luggages to the hotel room.

Nice design, fantastic cafe on the top floor with nice views - especially if you're into coffee. Chill vibes. Made some great friends the first time I went in the shared dorms. Second time visiting now, went for the sole/partner rooms and will definitely use again if I come back to ChengDu again.
