The non-smoking rooms at the Goldener Schlüssel feature cable TV, parquet floors, a desk and a bathroom with hairdryers. Location was very convenient, in the city and near food options. Room was clean and quiet. The reception was friendly, and helped to give us the Bern city pass for free transport. Very good breakfast selection.

Staff give great recommendations in places to eat.

The hotel is nicely design, nice view, comfy and good location and good breakfast.
