All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. Coffee and tea facilities are offered for free. Great location with friendly staffs. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and the staffs also recommended a good local restaurant to me. The lake view room I looked is fantastic. Breakfast is not various but acceptable, also passionate staffs servicing the breakfast.

Built in 1914 and located 850 meters above sea level, Kurhaus Cademario Hotel & DOT Spa - Ticino Hotels Group has massage, relaxation and steam rooms. It features indoor and outdoor heated pools, water features, a park and 2 conference rooms. We loved everything. The room was super nice. We had a reservation in the fabulously tasty restaurant with great service and we used the lovely spa the next morning, where we had the entire place to ourselves on a Friday morning. That was lovely. Paola, the masseuse was absolutely fantastic and highly recommend her

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Free WiFi is available in all areas, and underground parking is available for small/medium cars on site for an extra charge. We were highly inspired to see how Katia has served the visitors at the breakfast, asking for coffee, smiling, greeting and she knew where we come from and at which room we stay. If I visit Lugano again, I will definately stay at Hotel City Lugano and want to see her again. Thank you Katia and Hotel City Lugano.
