Pretty nice new hotel situated approximately 15 minutes walk away from Sozopol. Bamboo beach bar is 100m away and make sure to book a beach bar seat at least a week in advance of your arrival. Staff was nice, a bit confused at times as everyone was new at what they were doing. Hope they get paid well and are treated fairly and kindly, there were a few times where my friends and I noticed they may have had an unpleasant with the owners. Loved the tarot paintings on the wall and the overall interior design. Internet is top notch.
I like the location, the private beach and the possibility to find free place on the beach or near the pool every time I need to. The apartment was very comfortable, with nice design and furniture. The balcony has a nice view and lovely curtains, so you can be in privacy on the ground floor. This is the best place to stay at Kavatsi beach for me.
Absolute 10. Astonishing interior design, outstanding garden and terrace and breathtaking view towards the marina port and the whole gulf of Burgas. We also give a total 10 for the comfort and the house amenities. We didn't miss anything - from dishwasher to the tumble dryer. Big thumbs up on the mattress choice - usually, in a places that are aimed to be rented, this is the last thing where the owners put their money on, but not here. Overall, we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Will definitely come back.
It's a nice tiny hotel in the outskirts of Sozopol with great design for the price point, comfortable bed, good pool area with a view to the sea. The bathroom was especially neat. The staff was helpful. There was a cleaning crew everyday, although we only requisted it once, in the middle of our stay. The breakfast was okay-ish, but it was consistent and well maintained. There were also people charging their electric cars with a cable.
What a gorgeous hotel! We were so impressed by Villa Maria - the rooms were immaculate and equipped with everything you could ever need. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom well-designed with lots of hot water in the shower and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The balcony was perfect, with a view of the harbour illuminated at night, and the proximity to the beach absolutely wonderful. We wished we could have stayed longer, and would come back without hesitation. Thank you for a lovely stay!
This hotel provides a top-quality five star experience. Gorgeous view from the top infinity pool overlooking the Sozopol marina. The room was excellent - beautiful, clean and modern all in one. We got a room overlooking the marina and the balcony was lovely and provided a nice spot for watching the sunset. Breakfast was excellent. Perfect location at the heart of Sozopol. Strongly recommend - wouldn't be surprised if this is the best hotel in Sozopol.
The hotel is brand new, very nice and comfortable. The resort is amazing, I didn’t know there was such a place in Bulgaria! Rooms have a great design, bed and pillows are very comfy, breakfast was good and staff was polite. I will definitely come back during summer with my family!

Brand new, super clean, great design, super comfortable bed, nice accommodating staff, parking.
One of the best hotels at the sea side. Sparkling clean rooms with a modern designer feel. Big size bedroom / bathroom, plus lovely sea view. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and of good quality although it could have more variety. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful and very service oriented.
