Balneo Complex & Spa Aquatonik is located in Velingrad, the spa capital of the Balkans. Located near Kleptuza Lake, it offers free usage of the spa's aquatonic mineral water pool, sauna, ice room and steam baths. We love it. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The hotel and the rooms are cosy. The swimming pools are clean and full with mineral water. The bar is next by and always open for a good fresh juice, coffee or cocktail while relaxing next to the pool.The wellness centre is great. Massages, treatment therapies as well as medical treatments. There is a kid's corner which our child likes a lot. We are regular guests since couple of years. Highly recommended!

Providing an indoor and an outdoor mineral pools, Velingrad’s Enira Spa Hotel features a spa centre with free access to the hot tub, sauna, steam bath and the relaxing zone. Free private parking and free WiFi access are provided on the premises. Very nice small stylish hotel designed with lots of good taste. We particularly liked the interior design of booth rooms that we had. The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfy. We also had an enjoyable dinner in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and included some traditional Bulgarian food. Spa area is nice, but a bit small.

Each of the units features a TV with cable channels and a DVD player, a well-equipped kitchenette and a seating area with a sofa in the living room. The apartments are furnished in 2 designs- modern in white and authentic - old-fashioned with vivid colours and wood. The bathroom is equipped with a shower or a bathtub. Most units have a private balcony with scenic nature views. The hotel was very clean and everything was working fine. The kitchen was fully equipped and the staff was extremely friendly. We were very impressed by the host Elena! She was very kind and made sure all our needs are met.

Devin Municipality is a 1-minute walk away from the property. Very nice hotel in the center of the town. Clean room with a great view. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely recommend this place!
