Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental. Wonderful quiet location, great for lake swimming. Excellent breakfast. Good and varied dinner menu as we ate here every night for a week. Helpful staff.

Also, the breakfast was perfect, the food was good and the juice was very fresh!

This traditional, family-run hotel enjoys a quiet but central location, offering guests high-quality, comfortable accommodation in the pretty town of St. Gilgen, 300 metres from the shores of the Wolfgangsee lake. Very comfortable stay, balcony with a peep of a view of lake. Nice to be able to sleep with door open at night.Good breakfast with lots of variety. Staff friendly and very helpful. Short walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. Had kebabs from shop below our room , smell wafts up. Very yummy and extremely fresh produce used.

Super cute interior design that has charm, character, and reflects the local culture. Nice outdoor area with dining table and green plot. Super friendly hosts that are warm and accept you like friends.

This is not just a nice and small boutique hotel, it is actually a total (and brilliant) concept! Very well thought trough and implemented! Amazing location right at the lake, great design immediately making you feel at home and relaxed; and wonderful staff trying to do everything to make you feel at home. Good and honest food and drinks (breakfast and some dishes for lunch; drinks and snacks at the Honesty Bar). I was also very happy with the charger for my car (Austria is still lagging behind in this respect).

The property has everything you need, the rooms are compact but well designed. It’s a nice quiet location surrounded by woods and farmland. We had breakfast at the hotel by the lake and it was worth it with a lovely view over the lake. The staff are all helpful and kind, well done.

The hotel beach is breathtakingly beautiful. Especially love the mysterious design on second floor, very stunning. Dinner in hotel restaurant is amazing, best ingredients and perfect service. Non-smoking outdoor dining is definitely a plus, finally people can enjoy the absolutely fresh air while enjoying the lake breeze, without the annoying cigarette smell. Very pleasant experience.
The place is located a short walk from the hotel where we could pick up our room cards (keys), so we were quite separated from others that I loved! The room was lovely, comfy and well-designed with a lot of shelves and a wide windowsill that we used as a kitchen counter as there was no room and equipments for cooking. The staff was almost invisible, but they changed our towels and made our bed regularly. We were super-satisfied with everything!
This Pension was near to nature with excellent green views. The staffs service were perfect. The interior design was nice where we have took some photos. Great breakfast and with magnificent mountain view. The room was clean and parking was no problem. My family love it.
location and view are stunning! the terrace direct on lake with many sunbeds is beautiful. Breakfast as well as restaurant during the day were great. The whole staff really friendly and polite at the same time. Interior design is well done with a touch of antique pieces that gives a twist. Really a pretty hotel!
