Located right on the shore on Lake Wolfgang, Hotel & Gasthof Fürberg is 3.5 km, approximately a 45-minutes walk, from the centre of St. Gilgen. It offers a private beach and a free bicycle and boat rental. Wonderful quiet location, great for lake swimming. Excellent breakfast. Good and varied dinner menu as we ate here every night for a week. Helpful staff.

We absolutely loved this small hotel. Perfect location with lakewiev in the lovely little town of St Wolfgang.
Breakfast was not plenty, but fresh and tasteful. Ou host, Barbara, was super nice and serviceminded. We will absolutely return to this hotel in the future.

amazing place! travelled on our motorbikes couldn’t of been made to feel more welcome. rooms are immaculate and breakfast was top class. staff were great. the owner couldn’t do enough for us.

This traditional, family-run hotel enjoys a quiet but central location, offering guests high-quality, comfortable accommodation in the pretty town of St. Gilgen, 300 metres from the shores of the Wolfgangsee lake. The location is in a quiet part of town, so you can sleep with the windows open, a well-equipped room and bathroom, a balcony with a view of the nearby mountains, neat and clean room. Very friendly hosts with answers to all your questions. You can even use the small shared kitchen to cook or store things in the fridge. Good and varied breakfast. All in all, a top ten :)

Lovely apartment, beautifully designed in all aspects, very well equipped, very clean, in central location, including parking at the property.
It's a hidden treasure at Wolfgangsee's most spectacular village, Sankt Wolfgang. Right at the Lake. If you like creative, stylish, art-focused interiors, you will enjoy the design as we did. And also the 25-meter-long infinity pool, which looks at the Lake. The breakfast is served, and similar every day, but they vary it slightly, so not boring.:) SUP is regular equipment at the property; you don't need to rent it; just enjoy it on those rare sunny days.:) And the staff is amicable.

Wonderfull stay! Cozy hotel completely rennovated with beautiful design. It deserves 5 stars. The owners are estremily nice and friendly.
There is a wonderful view of the mountains. The apartmant is stylish, well equipped kitchen. I liked how they used the wood for the interior design. The flat has two balconies. One of them facing the mountains. It has a good atmosphere. There is a little brook next to the building. The owner has a lot of ponnies. Children can ride them. The place is quiet. The beds are comfortable.
The location of the accommodation was really good, and there are restaurants within walking distance. The design is lovely and cleanliness was superb. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and they even had oat milk which I was very happy about. Most of the staff was friendly and all of them speak English well.
Excellent location, very modern design hotel. Room size was adequate for 3, excellent breakfast, fabulous facilities by the lake, overly helpful staff. Parking shuttle service worked well, which was important, given the dire parking situation in the high season. Special dinner offer is available for haut cuisine lovers.

nice people, clean hostel, so close to the lake! what more could u ask from a hostel? i mean it was better than many 4 star hotels i've been to. Thank you Thomas for agreeing to do my laundry i would have been stuck with your help! its 8 mins walk from the bus station and the cable car. there is a lovely Italian restaurant next door, highly recommended. In the summer, choosing this hostel would be a very wise choice as the designated place for swimming is across the street from this hostel.
location and view are stunning! the terrace direct on lake with many sunbeds is beautiful. Breakfast as well as restaurant during the day were great. The whole staff really friendly and polite at the same time. Interior design is well done with a touch of antique pieces that gives a twist. Really a pretty hotel!
