Room space and lake view is amazing. The staff was so helpfully, Evan was so kind and helpful although i checked in the hotel at 4:00 AM.

This Arabian Resort is situated in the coastal town of Khorfakkan, just a 20-minute drive from the bustling city of Fujairah. It offers a private beach area, an outdoor pool, water sports facilities and spa treatment rooms. Great location just minutes from Khorfakkan old town and right on the beach (private beach of hotel). Big pool and chairs for lounging, with swim up cafe. Staff are excellent, very hard working producing great service. Walking distance to waterfall and minutes drive to several nice hiking trails. Hotel rooms not the cleanest ever, hotel is showing wear and bathroom needs a revamp. But a nice base for the east coast and the hotel has a relaxing scruffy charm. Spa on the top floor provides excellent massages in rooms with view to ocean - nice ladies and men separated sauna and steam room.

Each one has a well-stocked minibar, air conditioning, and a work desk. This is the best Hotel I‘ve ever been to. In Sharjah that literally makes sure that their guests are given the privacy that they require. The hotel has a very nice , quiet and relaxed vibe - something that brings an instant joy to the heart. I forgot his first name, but the staff who works there with the last name (Nissan) is polite and very friendly, making our stay great. The rooms were uniquely designed. Aside from some broken items in the room and areas that were not as clean, the hotel is still really good, 8/10.
The ambience, loved the design that matches the desert and soothing colours. Staff was great, responsive and helpful. All the facilities, including the gym, were very satisfactory. Very good breakfast, good quality of food and menu at the restaurant. The bonfire was organised well, as everything else. Highly recommend, will be back for sure.
- Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have enough towels and they provided it in a timely fashion. The room's telephone had to be replaced and this was done efficiently. - Compared to hotels in Dubai this hotel was very affordable. - The size and confort of the bed was very good - definitely of a 5-star quality!! - There is a lovely Indian restaurant 30 meters down the street where we had breakfast. - Several convience stores are within 50 meters of walking if you can bear the heat.
The location is absolutely stunning! The rooms are perfectly designed and the hotel staff is not.only professional but also warmhearted. Our little daughter (3 years) wants to see the camel, but the 30mins tour offered was too much for her so the hotel organized a short "meet and greet" with the camel, so they made the day for her! Thanks to the hotel staff make it possible. And the food was not from this works, even not of our galaxy - so so good!
The hotel is beautifully designed. Every corner has something special. The rooms are incredibly comfortable - beds, crisp linen, fluffy towels. Breakfast is delicious with options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. I especially enjoyed the new Japanese restaurant for dinner. Walk around the hotel (trees, plants, beautiful benches and soft lighting in the evening). Lovely pool area to relax.
