    I think that Siyovush Hotel is one of the best in Khiva. It is cituated right near the center of Ichan Qala. The room was very clean and traditionaly designed with wooden handicraft. It is family runned hotel, who lives in this house for more then 6 generations. Siyovush, the owner, was very friendly and always ready to help. And there's a really tasty and varied breakfast.

    Just close to the south gate which taxi can drive in so you needn't to walk through the town from west gate (where the ticket office is). It's quite a boutique hotel with local decoration but modern room and facilities. Abundant breakfast with fresh juice and lots of local food in a pretty ‘banquet hall’. Staffs are warming and smile everyday.

    It is a great family run place, and they were very helpful, pity we were there just one night. We especially liked the breakfast, and they were very mindful as we dont eat any meat. The rooms and hallway was very well designed, with somebody with a lot of taste and sense of placement. Aquarium also is a bonus, very lovely place overall. :) Location for 10+

    The hotel is new, cosy, with a nice interior design. The owners of the hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, they provided us with recommendations for things to do and they helped us book a car from Bukhara to Khiva. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, with high-quality mattresses and bedding. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a very nice and well-situated hotel.

    The hotel design was gorgeous, very glamorous and tasteful but with a nod to the old style Madrassa arches. Very spacious lobbys and very big rooms with balconies too. The balcony overlooked the central courtyard which was a very relaxing place to have pre-dinner drinks. The bedlinen was very soft and cosy. Bathroom very comfortable. The food was good too. The Manager asked us how we were, were we happy etc. Pool was lovely as was breakfast.

    A pretty simple guesthouse but the location simply can’t be beaten. Don’t come here for 5 star luxury, come for the incredible view of Kiva old town. We got up to watch the sunrise over the minarets and madrasahs, which was stunning. The people running the guesthouse are also very friendly and welcoming.

    We really liked our stay in the new star boutique hotel, it was a bit difficult to find as we thought it couldn't be this traditional old building that looks like a madrassa or mosque from the outside. Also from the inside the traditional building is still intact but the rooms are very modern and comfortable. The family that owns the hotel is very lovely and caring, we loved staying at their hotel.
