The location was really great, close to everything & still quiet. Hotel is beautifully decorated! The staff at the reception, Mr Jasur was exceptionally polite & supportive! I booked the transfer with the hotel & Mr Ravi was very kind & helped me with luggage upon arrival & departure & even put me on the train to Samarkand as if I was his family, since I was travelling alone! I am really grateful for this very nice stay at this great hotel! The atmosphere of the hotel was so relaxing & pleasant, I will never forget it!

The hotel itself is an old madrassa that has been turned into a hotel. It is absolutely stunning with beautiful details taken into consideration. the location is perfect and close to everything. Breakfast was delicious and the staff super friendly and attentive. They allowed us to check in early and even check out late (without charge) because my father was ill. Akmal and his family were incredible and I would absolutely stay there again!
