A great spot. A relatively unassuming entrance door belies a great place to stay and enjoy the atmosphere, great view from the balcony. A lot of attention to details throughout the property. Internal access to an extremely well equipped and spacious gym, tidy, well maintained, anything you need, incl. sauna and steam room.

This hotel was a bit expensive than what I usually book, and it showed in daily room service. I appreciated complimentary tea - black and camomile, as I don't drink coffee. They also provided body lotion besides shampoo and conditioner. My room was facing street side, but the glass door was blocking the noise. The heater was functional and I could warm myself up in the evening. They provided kettle and cutlery when I asked.

The hotel has everything you need. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The beer and food in Jimmys is exceptionable. The location is ideal to the centre of the city. Onsite parking is well worth it. The use of the laundry facilities was also free and much appreciated. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, and one is one of the best.

The facilities were spotless! Hotel staff were very friendly and ready with helpful tips. The room was old fashioned (which i love), a good size, and had beautiful architectural details in keeping with the time period. Bed was very comfortable. Location is central to most tourist spots downtown and also easy to commute via the link train/buses/tram. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
