These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
This motel is an older property, of a classic design, as you can see from the photos. The room had the greatest number of electric outlets and usb ports of any motel I stayed at during a two week trip. No strange arrangements or daisy chaining cables was needed to recharge my electronics. Everything worked and I can't say that about several of the less expensive numbered motels I used. Staff friendly and breakfast, though basic, had a range of fresh fruit and other items that I enjoyed.
The hot breakfast was excellent and really helped our travels that day. We had an issue with water dripping in the shower when we got into our room and our front desk guy immediately got us switched to another room so we were good to go. The design with the sink outside the bathroom is very appreciated. Thanks.
Room was well designed with sofa and small eating table. breakfast was simple but adequate especially in Covid times. Location was convenient to highway yet quiet.
