    John is exceptionally available and concerned that everything is just right. I needed inexpensive lodging on a weekend every other hotel was tripling their price. Budget Inn was the best value.

    Very quaint motel. Very clean, has a gazebo that is glassed in with games ECT to do also it's their designated smoking area also has outdoor to smoke. Small and dated but very clean and nice for the $. Would stay again for sure. No

    The hosts were so lovely and accommodating. The property is in a stunning stretch of the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars with some wine. Wonderful stay. Awesome value! Look forward to returning

    Each room has designated parking space. Room was large with king bed, table and two chairs. Shower was hot! Access to rest of town is very easy. Some within walking distance.

    The breakfast was delicious! Our room was very clean, which is always something I’m fussy about. Owners were lovely and the property was gorgeous. I liked how private things were ie the self check in and quietness of the property. We will be back!

    Stunningly beautiful historic hotel in absolute center of Durango with Main Street and restaurants/shops literally right outside the door. Surprisingly large rooms with a great sense of detail, large very comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom.
