The review I am writing is in fact about the hotel Grand Alaçatı since I had to change my reservation. I couldn't stay in Eldoris because it was too noisy for me and I asked for cancellation. I really needed a quiet vacation. There weren't enough space to relax by the pool and the hotel was very crowded with families with babies and small children at the time, so I decided I need to change. The owner's husband runs the Grand hotel and suggested he would rent me one of their rooms if I like it better. They gave me a big, spacious and very comfortable room, helped me with transporting my luggage to and from the hotel on arrival and departure. The friendly and helpful hotel staff, the comfort, the hygiene, the breakfast, always smiling and helpful owner Kasım bey, it was all amazing! I indeed enjoyed my stay there and had the opportunity to have both relaxing and exciting vacation in Alacati. Rahat etmemi ve keyifli bir tatil geçirmem için elinden geleni yapan Kasım bey ve çalışanlarına sonsuz teşekkürler!
