Going to room and coming back to labby in the small car is a nightmare because of turning and twisting, horrible timing to pick u up as well, the lady who organized the back and fourth is very rude when she speaks on the phone.
Most of staff is polite but some of them aren’t, to specific a guy named Kago or koga was rude to me and my wife. I wanted to speak to the hotel GM about him but haven’t had the time and the lady who organized the activity and trips should be fired to honest just terrible from her side, zero in-term of customers service.

It’s pristine beauty! Located on a hill at one of the best beaches with lush gardensand setting. The view from villa, the service, the breakfast buffet, the entrance,….. everything was gorgeous.

From as soon as we arrived our stay was perfect. The staff were exceptional - from the front desk, to f&b ( Abbie f&b manager ) to the happy, helpful gym staff. The accommodation a 2 bed apartment worked really well with lots of space for the family. We celebrated our 20th anniversary with friends too and loved the location, happy hours- fruit, chocolate and cocktails every day. A big hit. There are some nice bars and restaurants in the beach and main town only 5 mins in taxi. Would def recommend staying here.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
I like the way you design and fully facilities for the apartment. It is easy for us to walk out the beach and we fall in love with the swimming pool despite of the construction.
I travel a lot and don't often leave reviews but every hotel should have a geberal manager like Albert. He and his staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities, staff & breakfast were all 5 star. Nai Thon is also a stunning beach.This is our new favourite hotel in Phuket and we can't wait to come back.
The actual villa was very lovely inside and beautifully designed. The beds were the most comfortable we experienced on our trip and the pillows were so soft. The main en suite bathroom was great. The little kitchen was well equipped for the size. The staff cleaned it daily and gave us lots of fresh bottled water. We also were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. checking in was very easy and very nice to be so close to the sea.
Perfectly located on the beach at the end away from others. Excellent service always staff there to help. Beautifully well designed little villas with everything you need at great value. We will definitely come back. Everything was amazing here with super attention to all detail..
