Breakfast/suhoor was great, especially the omelette station chef. Our room was of a good size and comfortable with good amenities. Despite being quite full, the hotel never felt overcrowded, so props to the designers.

Welcoming, friendly and super-professional staff manning the front desk - allowed me to check in early after a very long trip and also, Rami, gave me a free upgrade to a junior suite. The entire space was pristine, modern interior design, very impressive soundproofing and comprehensive breakfast buffet. Less than 10 minute walk to the haram - I’ve already stayed here once before and can’t recommend it enough!
