The room was spacious, cozy, clean, and warm. Really nice bed. The staff is very helpful, the lady at the reception in the evening helped us with hot water for the milk formula for our little boy. A waiter in the restaurant - a respectable man - was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was simple, but quality - fresh warm croissants, yogurts (even fruit yogurt for kids - a small detail, which makes big difference though and means quality services), cold snacks plate - cheese, salami, vegetables, also eggs, cooked to your taste, homebaked bread, butter, jam - you will not be hungry, for sure. The hotel has its own parking, which is also important when you are with kids and luggage. Overall, very very good impression

Nice rooms, warm, cozy, great breakfast. They are really helpful and nice. They called to check on us because we took so long to arrive (we were stuck in traffic due to heavy snow), they even gave us a shovel and a broom to clean our car. Totally recommend.

Its the most beautiful place in the whole Poiana! The staff is very warm and welcoming. The fireplace was on every morning at breakfast and the food was absolutely delicious. And it was a lot of food for breakfast. We weren’t hungry until dinner. Also the dog was the sweetest employee ever! We would definetly come back!

Very nice and cozy location with great courtyard, big rooms & excellent beds, amazing sauna (~100°) :). We had a slight miscommunication via chat with the regards to the dogs sizes! However this was resolved on the spot & we were able to truly enjoy our stay.

Close to everything, staff very friendly (but hardly around, the host will advise to call her for anything.) They also grant a great list of free services, such as wake-up or reservations to different places around, etc. Clean, and spacious enough for our needs. Good shower. And close to a restaurant (10 second walk). Great experience, thanks.
