On our arrival we were received by the host. We felt like the place was really more than we expected. Since we did the booking, their communication with me was very good, like if we wanted to book breakfast or a dinner. As it is a small farm, parking wasn't a problem. In every room there are a file with information about the whole property, which was very interesting and informative. In the lobby there were coffee facilities with two different kind of cake for free. Wim invited us to have some whenever we liked to. There is also an honesty bar with snacks and drinks in the lobby. The premises itself is really special. We walked around and saw a lot of different birds. The cork trees and olive trees was beautiful to admire on foot. We enjoyed the dogs a lot, especially Pebbles, who is very fond of golf balls. Quinta Do Cana is really a gem if you prefer staying in the countryside while you are traveling. I wish we could stay longer.

Fantastic place for a peaceful getaway in picturesque rural surroundings! The hotel and rooms are charming, cozy and sparkling clean, and all the facilities and pools are well taken care of. Staff is exceptional, everyone we met was very helpful, hospitable and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The food was one of the many highlights for sure, our dinner at the hotel was a delight, and we greatly appreciated the staff coming in earlier the day of our check out so that we could have breakfast before early flight home (and it was freshly baked croissants, what a treat!). All in all, we absolutely loved our stay at A Casa do Governador, and will be happy to come back!

我在4月17日遇到杜拜大雨，導致行程延遲，我發文給屋主，沒回應，到達里斯本後，又打了3通電話要求到達住宿，屋主也不接聽，反應給Booking. com. 告知該情況，屋主也不給回應，一點同理心也沒有，真是對這種屋主感到失望，希望Booking 能針對這種對旅遊者不友善的屋主停權

This hotel is amazing - a very luxurious stay in the beautiful town of Evora. The rooms are very modern, spacious, and clean, with a large bathtub and robes. The garden area just outside the room was very peaceful and relaxing, with a view of the Roman aquaduct. I couldn't believe that the spa was free for guests to use - I had the entire pool and sauna area to myself, and it was great! The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was amazing - they had everything. My 12- and 9-year-old kids still talk about it! Plenty of meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, breads, sweets, grains - and many of the items were sourced locally. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the heart of Evora - but there are also a few restaurants and shops nearby. I hope we get to return one day!

This hotel was perfect for a week end in Evora. It's modern and yet confortable. The breakfast is amazing, a lot of choice, local products, fruits, cake... you name it ! The restaurant was also very good. We were very pleased with our stay. (We didnt try the spa)

The property was perfectly located and had parking. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The food excellent the best shrimp and rice I have ever had. The pool area was clean and many loungers. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Wonderful property.
