In general the Hyatt Zilara was fantastic. The staff amazing. The buffet was great for all meals and the outside restaurant was great but the other restaurants were not really worth it for quality and the portions small.

This is a gem of a hotel. The garden is a beautiful piece of jungle. The pool was a sanctuary in the mounting heat of the rainy season. Our room was huge and had a fridge which was useful. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was very tasty.

The view to the beach is amazing. Amenities are really nice, service was generally excellent. Cocktails and food were good, but breakfast… WAS AMAZING, so many options everything so yummyyy!! Our room was so big and the view I can say it enough, so pretty. There was live music by the pool area and fun activities to do too. It was so chill and fantastic, we would stay there forever.
