Everything: the location (right by Macedonia Square); the welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and friendly staff (they went to great trouble trying to contact the bus and train stations for my onward journey the next day); the breakfast; the beautiful, clean room with perfect storage spaces and a very comfortable bed and artfully designed lighting. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Skopje next time.
