Great location, to walk to the centro storico, restaurants and shops and to the headland and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was a generous size, light and had two opening doors onto a front and side balcony, both with beautiful views of the lake. The doors were a clever design to open or part open, with shades for darkening the room at night and double-glazed to ensure the quiet enjoyment of the surrounds, even when people were socialising below. The hotel has an open plan deck with deck chairs in front of an outdoor dining area. It was perfect to come down from the room in the morning in swimmers and hotel robe, climb down the ladder, take a swim in the beautiful lake and then take a seat for the generous and delicious breakfast-including espresso coffee of choice and freshly squeezed juices, together with all manner of food choices. We also booked a dinner at the restaurant one night - it was three courses of deliciousness in a beautiful setting. Beer wine and cocktails were available for appertivo each afternoon. The concierge was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. He accommodated our late arrival and picked us up in the golf buggy with all our luggage from the parking.

Location was exceptional, very close to bus station (bus costs only 1eur per person to the old town). Staff was very helpful and kind, especially the owner David who was kind and showed us around Sirmione and gave us a few great tips. Exceptional breakfast with prosciutto, cheese, croissant and good coffe. The room was big enough, modern and very clean, same for bathroom. Free parking space.
