Villa Maria Pia has a cliff-top location and a sun terrace with panoramic views over the Amalfi Coast. It offers rooms with sea views and satellite TV.

Rooms are decorated in a traditional Mediterranean style and have Vietri tiled bathrooms. All are equipped with mini bar.

The property was nestled into the beautiful coastline of Amalfi, in the quaint town of Praino. The hotel staff made us feel so welcome from the moment we got there until the moment we left. They went out of their way to make doing and going places easy for us. The bar and restaurant and the view were outstanding. The rooms were comfortable, clean and uniquely decorated and showers and bathtub the best we had in Italy.

On a cliff overlooking the Amalfi Coast, Grand Hotel Tritone offers an outdoor pool set in gardens. The private beach is directly below, and there is free Wi-Fi and free parking with valet service.

Rooms at the family-run Tritone are air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Some rooms have a seating area and a furnished balcony overlooking the sea.

You have to start with the views. This hotel offers postcard views from every point whether facing amalfi or positano. I can't even begin to explain how amazing the views are from the rooms, the breakfast room, the dinner restaurant or the beach club. Our suite was perfect. The hotel maintains its authentic feel with its choice of tiles and colours throughout, but at the same time has a freshness to it that makes it feel new and not out dated like most of the other hotels in the area. The breakfast room is the best way to start every day with a great selection of food and a view that can't be matched by any other location. The beach club offers great lunch options and a nice secluded space to enjoy the sun and the sea, something you struggle to do at the popular and congested beaches in amalfi and positano. The location is perfect, you are near enough to everything that its just a short drive, but not too close to it that you have to deal with the congestion especially during peak season. If you have a car, which I advise you do if you really want to enjoy the coast for all it has to offer, then you won't have any difficulty parking it at the hotel which provides sufficient parking. Lastly and most importantly, the staff. This hotel is a family owned and run hotel, and you truly feel that throughout the place with every interaction. Everyone makes you feel a part of this fantastic family with their warmth and personalized care to every detail. We loved everything about our stay and will be sure to stay here again when we do come back. The best compliment we can pay Hotel Tritone, is that the highlight of our trip at one of the most beautiful destinations in the world was the hotel and everything it had to offer. If you do end up staying here, and you really should, make sure you visit long enough to have a day for yourself at the hotel and enjoy all it has to offer

Offering an à la carte restaurant, wellness facilities and a rooftop pool with panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast, Tramonto d’Oro has been is run by the same family since 1952. It provides free parking and individually furnished air-conditioned rooms.

The view is out of this world - the location in Praiano is perfect. It is halfway between Positano and Amalfi so water taxis are the perfect answer to getting around. We booked the Mediterranean room - the view is so good and the room has a balcony - you could sit forever. The restaurant is excellent - service is fantastic - and the view - did I mention the view?

Expect simple, family-run accommodation, delicious homemade cuisine and stunning views of the sea at Hotel Open Gate. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

Open Gate's bright and spacious rooms come with air conditioning, free WiFi and their own balconies, all featuring lovely views of the Amalfi Coast and the Mediterranean Sea.

This was such a gem of a hotel. It was very cute with VERY accommodating, nice staff. The breakfast was very good, and the restaurant was one of the top places that we ate at in Amalfi. You are close enough to scooter rentals, or to just catch the bus to some of the more populated areas like Positano or Amalfi. Would recommend staying here over there for there is not a mob of tourists in Praino.

If you’re looking for luxury, with good value for money, this is the perfect place on the Amalfi coast. Stunning views and we got a free upgrade to a sea view room which was incredible. Slippers and dressing gowns a lovely touch in the room. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. The pool and location are great. The bus to Amalfi/Positano runs from outside and reception booked us a taxi on departure which was really convenient. Really lovely stay!
