In a peaceful, rural location, this country house was originally built in 1845. Today, the house has been converted into a luxurious privately owned hotel with many beautiful original features.

The Upper House is a former Wedgwood residence, built for Josiah Wedgwood's grandson, Francis Wedgwood. The house still retains its original charm, with extensive period decoration and traditional character. It is also a highly demanded wedding venue.

The room and location are beautiful. My family enjoyed walking around the property and breakfast in the morning.

Situated in Longton, The Crown Hotel offers no-frills budget accommodation. For football fans the hotel is situated just a 5 minutes’ drive from the Britannia stadium, home of Stoke City Football Club.

As usual, the rooms are very clean and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful The room is basic and clean, which was exactly what I needed. My son and I have stayed several times, and we'll be back. If anyone is expecting the rooms to be like the Premier Inn etc, they'll be disappointed however, if you want something clean, convenient and cheap, then this is the place. There was plenty of hot water (although the pressure could have been a bit stronger ... I suspect a new shower head would fix that). Everythign worked as it should and there were lots of power points.

Had the luxury suite at a very reasonable price. It was gorgeous. Staff were kind and helpful (I have some mobility issues) . Fantastic view. Room was grand with lovely views, and it's own balcony. Can't praise it highly enough.

Lovely property, nicely decorated, gorgeous bathroom, very generous with the likes of coffee, tea, toiletries and towels. Convenient travel to Alton Towers, and this stay was absolutely amazing for a comfortable budget-friendly weekend away. We didn’t get to meet the host or the dog, but Christ the cat was excellent company and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much again

The house was lovely and spacious. Love the decor. Love the way the rooms were themed. Love the moden design mixed with other concepts. Beds were super soft, everything was clean and tidy. The company were very informative and contacted me multiple times to check how things were.

Nice little house, comfy beds and good interior design. The couch was a little low for big people ( we're over 1.85 cm ) Could do with trays for eating on the couch ( no dining table) no big mirror in the bathroom or hooks for towels.

Apartment was beautiful, really clean and well designed. Couldn't believe there were 2 televisions! Restaurant was lovely, we had a Mexican meal in the evening and a great breakfast.

(This room was 5 star standard. Comfortable, immaculately clean, and some lovely special touches - coffee bags, fresh milk in the kitchen, a teddy (I am in love!) and a fabulously appointed bathroom. Well done to the designer...so thoughtful.

The room was stunningly designed. Slight industrial vibes. Was very clean and polished. Bathroom was gorgeous. Love the all white with grey grout. Bed was super comfy as we're pillows. TV was huge. Car park had lots of spaces and just over the road. Restaurant looked nice but I ordered room service which came very quick and the food was great!
