A 17th-century farmhouse bed and breakfast just 12 minutes from Ironbridge, Church Farm B&B in Shropshire offers luxurious en suite rooms with free parking and free Wi-Fi. The house is set in beautiful gardens just 3 minutes’ walk from the village pub in Kemberton.

As a "Shropshire boy" I've been returning to the Telford area to visit family and friends for many years, and since my mother sadly passed away in 2007, it's been a constant struggle to find suitable accommodation, with varying degrees of success, I might add. Now however, having spent three days at Church Farm (19-22 April), I think that I've finally found the Holy Grail! I honestly don't think that this accommodation can be bettered. The hosts, Chris and Allison were very welcoming and attentive throughout, the accommodation is stunning and the standard of the rooms was exceptional, with an obvious attention to detail. The bed was comfort itself, the shower was probably the best that I've found in a B & B, and breakfast was of a high quality. And lastly, if you want some peace and quiet, in beautiful surroundings, this is for you!

Full of character, lovely staff and the food was good. The Customer service from Sharon the duty manager was first class and the love she has for the property is visible. The room was big and the grounds were lovely. The wooden doors and features are stunning. Not too highly priced either.

This is such a beautiful property! It is so tastefully decorated with designer flair, you can see how much thought and care Sarah has put into the interior design and colour schemes! The house is spotlessly clean and tidy in a quiet neighbourhood. My teenage son loved the converted basement with play stations, large TV, wii and a football table game. There are two larger bedrooms and a smaller single room. The house was very cosy and warm for cold February weather. We loved our stay here and would definitely hope to return.
