Everything. Communication was friendly and clear, Ark was spotlessly clean, beautiful and unique location. Lovely welcome goodies saw us right for breakfast and more. The Ark is obviously small, but makes great use of what I assume are boat design techniques to save space. Excellent climate control was a bonus.

The accommodation is small but beautiful and cleverly designed. An extremely comfortable bed. The Ark is spotlessly clean and in a safe location with views of the river. Lovely welcome gifts and a good breakfast. Minor issue with the heating but very quickly resolved by our host. Warm and plenty of hot water for the shower. The Ark is close to Emsworth town centre so near pubs, restaurants and shops. We chose to walk to town so a little dark on the return journey so take a torch with you.

This pod-style accommodation is incredibly well designed. There isn't an inch of badly used space and, for something essentially really quite small, was very comfortable and every single thing worked well. And it is fantastic to sleep on the water too. The location is breathtaking. The hosts were really lovely as well, and not just because they provided a little birthday cake!

An absolutely gorgeous house with a definite touch of luxury. It's spacious, modern, spotless, functional and yet, warm and welcoming. There's a lush meadow with stunning horses right next to the property. The view of Racton Ruins is wondetful and the sunsets are just glorious! We are thoroughly impressed.

We loved the stylish, luxury and very clean rooms. Parking on site and flooring ideal when you have a dog. Great location for a 10 minute walk for Emmsworth, we liked it so much we are going back later in the year. Also I think the pricing is good value for the offering and still affordable in the tough times following covid.

Really beautifully designed room and en suite. I had my own little patio and it was really peaceful. Comfy bed, lovely shower, easy parking and only a 13 minute walk into Emsworth centre. Really nice, quaint place with lots of places to eat and shop. Margita, the host, was very welcoming and helpful and I will be returning ASAP.
