The fully non-smoking hotel has been meticulously designed throughout, and its architecture epitomises cool sophistication. The large, airy spaces, understated chic and sharp styling combine to create a truly inspirational hotel experience.

The room was excellent in all ways, nice big living area, sofa's were nice to sit on, also a table and chairs to sit at, TV was fine as was the free WiFi (good connection) we asked for it to be boosted, this was not an issue, one phone call to the reception, sorted. Balcony and views over the estuary and Castle were to die for, great sundown's on two occasions. Staff were excellent could not do enough for you, breakfast was included and could not fault it, was hot and tasty, loads to chose from, Lunch and evening meals, great service and quality, food was good and reasonably priced.

In the beautiful North Wales countryside, this award-winning, traditional British inn blends the warm welcome of a local pub with delicious food, excellent service and a comfortable bed.

Welcoming visitors for over 400 years, The Groes Inn has luxury bedrooms and an award-winning restaurant.

We loved the history and quirkiness of the hotel and that we could park the car.

Rooms at the The Castle Hotel, Conwy, North Wales have period features and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Rooms also feature a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and a work desk, and some have views of Conwy Castle.

Great experience. The people who worked there were very friendly polite. Especially thanks to a beautiful young woman at the reception. Who helped me more than I asked. The hotel itself is magnificent with its old floor. Each step creaked and crackled in its own way. Giving this hotel an old feeling. The interior is kind of romantical and charming. Breakfast gives you everything you need and a little more if you have special wishes. Dinner is big portions and delicious. For me, it was a great experience and I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone. Castle Hotel, Conwy, North Wales with its old look and people who work there. Excellent!!!

Unique older property. Tall ceilings and feeling of space. Brighter inside with the bigger windows than is usual for an older property. Interior design eclectic & camp!

The hut boasts amazing views and an extremely cosy, well-designed space that was spotlessly clean. The hosts are lovely, including Nigel the cat, and the secluded location, comfy bed, and great shower all contributed to a fantastic stay.

Attention to detail, cleanliness, unbelievable use of space. Think high end boutique hotel with very personal touches. Stylish but so welcoming and cosy. Bed, table and chairs for two people or for one to work from, gorgeous bath, wood burner! Shower room and kitchen perfectly equipped but still beautiful. Excellent pre travel information from owner. Location is central so lots of very useful info on parking, we managed to park on high street less than minute from the cottages but lots of other areas to park if needed.

This is more like a boutique hotel than a b&b. Luxury rooms, huge comfy beds, 5 star breakfasts, drinks from the bar on the balcony. Just fantastic. Really lovely hosts too. Thanks Chris and Sandra.
