Location great but parking was challenging with a wide vehicle entering facilities originally meant for a Coaching Inn. It was only later that we discovered another parking area, over the road, with much easier access.
Thr hotel interior was beautiful and our bedroom didn't disappoint being both spacious and comfortable.
Bath robes and slippers were provided but I would have liked a shower cap.
Food was of a good standard but not exceptional.

All was well. The only thing that mystified me was and I stayed in the Townhouse was how come the number on my key related to a name on the door and not the corresponding number as on the Key.

The experience to stay in a lovely Chateau is enough but the service and the most lovely staff made our stay special. W e stayed in a Suite Room 2. A few stairs to walk up but there is a lift as well. Great view from windows either side.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
It's a stunning hotel by the marina, the views are incredible, the location is kind of behind a housing estate so it's a little confusing trying to walk out of it but the room was amazing, the TV was huge, there was tea and coffee, a beautiful bath tub which I used and enjoyed, it's quiet and definitely designed for pure relaxation, we used the spa facilities and we were just so relaxed it was wonderful, the reception staff were excellent.
The location and proximity to surrounding areas was ideal. A beautiful location on the estuary away from the hustle and bustle of Conwy town. In general the staff were polite, efficient and very friendly & helpful. The interior design of the hotel was really good and quite sophisticated. The rooms and public areas were very clean. The food in particular breakfast was generous and well presented.
Unique older property.
Tall ceilings and feeling of space.
Brighter inside with the bigger windows than is usual for an older property.
Interior design eclectic & camp!
I really appreciated the stunning views from the property, especially during sunrise and sunset. The spacious layout and modern amenities made for a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail in the design added a touch of luxury. Overall, it was a delightful experience.
The hut boasts amazing views and an extremely cosy, well-designed space that was spotlessly clean. The hosts are lovely, including Nigel the cat, and the secluded location, comfy bed, and great shower all contributed to a fantastic stay.
Lovely boutique hotel in a great location, close to all amenities.
Very clean, good attention to detail, plenty of information about Conwy provided in the room. Great food in the restaurant.
Everything about this boutique hotel is A* / 5 star. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and designed to the highest standard. Customer service-wise - the staff and hosts are amazing. Nothing is too much hassle! Finally, the breakfast is fantastic, compliments to the chef.
