I booked this hotel as a surprise for my mum's 60th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure she and my dad had a memorable stay. She hasn't stopped raving about the exceptional service they received during their stay. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade them to the Palatial Suite and they were absolutely thrilled!! I cannot thank you enough for making their stay so special!

Everything about the hotel excellent. The staff wonderful and encouraging. We were there to attend a family funeral. The owners offered to have our dog with them until we returned. As it was the location where Lewis Carroll got his inspiration for Alice in Wonderland the interior design with that in mind was amazing and had some really fun features. The staff especially George at the front desk were so friendly and went to such an effort to make our stay nice The setting in and around the grounds were beautiful
