Situated in the heart of Arundel, this grade II listed Victorian building was completely refurbished in May 2012 to combine traditional comforts with the facilities of a modern 4-star hotel.

The town of Arundel is an enchanting place for you to explore. It is famous for its 12th century castle which was once the historic seat of the Duke of Norfolk, the premier Dukedom of the realm. The Swan Hotel itself dates back to 1759 and is a prominent building on the High Street.

The inn has great character and charm and the manager and head housekeeper are exceptional. The location at the foot of the high street is perfect.

The building features flagstone floors with low ceilings and dark oak beams. Its stylish rooms each have a private bathroom. Many rooms have scenic views, and all feature a work desk, tea/coffee facilities and a hairdryer.

Extremely nice staff - in hotel as well as in restaurant. Rooms were clean, breakfast average but tasteful.

Situated opposite a boating lake and 200 metres from Littlehampton Beach, Regency Rooms is an adult-only accommodation offering free WiFi in all rooms.

An en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower is provided in each room at Regency Rooms, along with a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

For my needs this was a great location, easy free parking options, 8 mins walk to local shops and restaurants and the room was very spacious and nicely put together. Comfortable bed and nice large shower were the top features for me. Very generous and well stocked tea / coffee facilities as well. I'd definitely stay again. Great value for price.

Mark and Richard are delightful!! and they ensure your stay is top notch. Our room was exceptional, with all the details you’d expect from a 5 star hotel—the bed, the linens, and a deliciously balanced breakfast. We loved all the tips they shared on the area as well…super helpful tour guides!!

We received a very warm welcome from the host. It is a lovely little B&B with a good mix of antiques and new design. Everything is very lovingly decorated. For breakfast we had homemade jam and even the butter is homemade. The location couldn't be better is in the heart of Arundel. There are many small antique shops and cafes. The castle is a few minutes walk away. We would love to come back!

A shout out to Harry, Warren and Yvonne (hope I got the names right) for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Harry, thank you for the charming and stylish way you sorted out my refund. My compliments to whoever designed the breakfast menu. I have never seen a menu that included so many vegetarian and vegan choices that were both innovative AND edible!

Breakfast excellent, hostess very lovely. A little issue with noise which impacted on our stay but not hostesses fault. Noise does carry throughout the property due to build design and all noise within guest part of house is audible.

We went to House Arundel for a special birthday. Judith and her husband looked after us in their stylish beautiful boutique B and B so carefully and kindly. The whole family loved them and their establishment… honestly… It couldn’t have been more perfect. The decor is a classy fusion of old and new. It’s unsurprising that they are very busy! We loved it.

Perfectly located in central Arundel, parking found fairly close by. Our rooms were stylish with a fairly minimalist design, making it spacious with no wardrobe, lovely large mirrors, very comfortable beds and quality linen and towels. Judith was very welcoming and very helpful throughout. Continental breakfast was delicious, excellent coffee.
