We stayed there for a week. Everything was exceptional. The staff were nice, kind accomodating. The room was well-kept, clean and comfortable. There are snacks in the lobby throughout the afternoons (pancakes and madeleines). We felt safe and comfortable the whole time. The location is awesome as there is a bus that goes directly to the Charles de Gaulle airport pretty near the place and there are plenty of buses going directly to Louvre, Pere Lachaise and so on. I am lucky to have found this hotel and if I go again I will be sure to stay here.

The staff is phenominal. My mom celebrated her 70th bday and Adyl organized the most perfect (and delicious) cake for the 2 of us. She felt so special and loved. We also had a bit of a luggage mix up and Adyl handled everything with speed, grace, and generosity. I was blown away by the high quality service. Adyl, Kevin, and their team have won a customer for life!
