Compact apartment but well designed to make the most of the space. Great sized balcony. Comfortable beds and bedding. Excellent location right next to the telecabine for access to skiing. Excellent value!
Everything. Perfectly located with parking and beautifully designed! Normally for ski holidays, the apartments are minimal but this apartment felt like it was lived in!
La Portile was a very comfortable place to stay while going hiking. It is very central in the town and only a short walk from the train station. There are lots of nice restaurants very close by and the foot bath is right outside the door. The room is very well equipped for a short stay even for you to cook some food while also being well designed and comfortable. The host was also very helpful in suggesting nearby hike. Would stay there again.
A thoughtfully designed and well equipped studio apartment, just across from the cable car station and the main square of the old village.
Raphael was a delightful host: sending more details of the apartment & facilities at the time we booked, letting us know that the apartment was ready 90 minutes before our scheduled check-in time, and making sure we had a good time in Ax.
We'll definitely be back to stay at La Porteille n the ski season.
