The house is beautiful and the garden super peaceful, a gorgeous place to stay. The breakfast was delicious, home made eggs, fresh fruit, bread and juice served in the garden. There is a fridge if you want to keep your own food. The beach, city centre, shops and restaurants are all walkable distance. And Francia is super helpful and accommodating, she assisted us so much in getting a tour organized and even helped me to translate and communicate with my Uber driver
The house is lovely and charming, the hostess was really kind and helpful.
I only stayed one night but was happy with the amenities, the room, and my interactions with the staff.
It was really helpful to be able to do laundry as well.
I would recommend it to friends.
Very impressive when you first walk into the venue and are shown to your room by a porter, a lovely welcome by reception staff and beautiful exterior to the buildings. The venue spans along the beach and lovely for walking along the beach and up to a look out point which is perfect for watching the sunset.
The wait staff in the dining room were great and very attentive, a shout out to Rosario who took care of us everyday at lunch and dinner.
I don't really like it , I expect a nice hotel , and for me was an old fashion hotel, with no direct access to the beach, the pool was very old too. My villa was looking a construction site. Two chairs in the terrace facing the street , no nice decoration, no nice design...too cold look and not comfortable at all. There are a lot of better hotel in the area for the same or less price.
A budget hotel and often the cheapest place to stay in the Puerto Plata area. Stayed there 6 or 7 times in the past. ALL the staff are lovely and the facilities are good. The food is good, not outstanding but good and I could always find something I liked to eat. Rooms are average but clean and spacious. They used to have 4 bottles in the room with optics but they do not have those now. Had a short stay - just 3 days but was good. Lovely beach.
A calm oasis with a beautiful garden & a fantastic host. France gave us lots of information & advice. She also waited with us for a 5 am pickup to Puerto Plata to make sure we were ok. The breakfast was delicious & it was great to be able to enjoy it in the garden. France ensured we had a packed breakfast on the day we had to leave very early. The house & garden are lovely & the customer service truly exceptional!
A family environment! The service was just amazing! It was much more than a stay, we received many recommendation from Marina about our stay in Puerto Plata, She was so helpful! A really is a very nice person!
For me, it was even better than a stay in a 5 star hotel!
Location is excellent. It is not a large resort so you get everywhere fast. Was happy with the food, the drinks were awesome. Loved the way the pool was designed to walk right down in without steps or ladders❤Ocean view perfect. I like swim up bars but that's ok:) Room and shower were very large & the hot shower was great . Beer fridge, coffee maker, lots if towels, nice sitting area out large patio doors off bedroom. Staff was super friendly and not pushy. Beds were nice and large, soft pillows.
