Gorgeous surroundings - lots of great views and local walks. Very relaxing stay with lots of places to rest (eg sofas in bar / spa). Staff were very friendly and always happy to help. They allowed us early check in. Food in restaurant was very tasty and not too expensive (given the remote location we appreciated that).
The rooms were lovely with large picture windows that looks out over the river to see the mountains of Torres which were gorgeous. The staff were friendly and the lounge for guests was great.
Gorgeous location and property with lovely cosy rooms and amazing views of the national park and horses from bed. lovely open common area with a relaxed and homey feel.
The location is absolutely stunning, the views from the rooms and common areas amazing. The design of the hotel is also very tastefully done and the spa facilities are great.

The staff is very attentive and professional. They have been very helpful when we needed to write an email in Spanish to book a car for the following week in Atacama.
The Spa is wonderful, the pool water is at the perfect temperature and the massages are just what you need after hiking.
The restaurant is also great, the food is delicious and the view is stunning.
We didn’t book any tours with the hotel, but the info shop is lovely and the staff is happy to give advice.
Beautiful hotel with spectacular view! Especially from the pool which is incredible!! Also, the bar/lounge area is very stylish and a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine. The king size beds are really good too.
The transportation to and from the airport. Service was good. A designated person to help with planning trips - Valentina is terrific! The room was large with a great view. We appreciated the upgrade. Gym and pool were wonderful. Staff are so grateful to be there, and share their enthusiasm.
Stunning view, very helpful staff, lovely room. They dealt with a couple of changes to dates and room type with no delay or problem. We were upgraded too, so no complaints! Good restaurant, lovely swimming pool...And if you get a packed lunch from them, the brownies are *amazing*!
