Hôtel Le Grand Chalet, boutique hotel in Leysin

Offering spectacular views of the Swiss and French Alps, Hôtel Le Grand Chalet is a family-run, historic house from 1896, located 50 metres from the ski slopes in Leysin. It features a restaurant with wooden decor, and an outdoor hot tub overlooking the mountains.

The outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the stunning mountains, the drinks professionally served, the sauna, the beautiful rustic chalet, the amazing rooms, the very comfortable beds, and of course, the amazing variety at breakfast were all exceptional. I can't think of a better place to stay, to be honest. We tried the food at the restaurant terrace (also amazing view), and it was absolutely delicious. I'll go back soon, I'm sure!

    The property was fabulously located, both in Villars and with the magnificent view. It was clean, well furnished and comfortable. It is a lovely apartment. The booking was easy, friendly and efficient. We were well looked after with very willing and friendly service, despite arriving in the evening and having to leave very early in the morning. Thank you!

    I love the fact that this property was smack in the middle of town. The view from the balcony are insanely gorgeous and leaves me with a lot of nostalgia!!!

    the place is amazing! all staff was super welcoming, supportive and responsive to the needs. Amazing breakfast and bar. We enjoyed the renovation and how the interior is designed! Definitely will come back again and again!

    Incredibly good location! We had a very spacious room with a beautiful view, modern design and a king size bed. All the staff were very friendly and professional. There is a bar in the lobby with a good selection of drinks and delicious food. The hotel is wonderful! The nearest ski lift is very close: you can get from the bus stop Hotels or walk 5 minutes

    new rooms are great with big TV and the brad are good! the new design , the réception , breakfast and restaurants are really goo! Also the staff are very nice & helpful! gréât pool and spa area with 2 new sauna

    The view from the chalet is absolutely stunning. The chalet itself is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need (it even includes a raclette machine!). Check-in and check-out went smoothly and Veronique was so lovely and accommodating. Perfect for a weekend of skiing as the nearest ski station is only a 10 minute walk and 6 minute bus ride away.
