The staff was very friendly and helpful. The two rooms that I occupied during my stay were cosy, clean with very nice quality of bed linen and towels. The rooms were not too spacious and did not have a small desk for a laptop. By luck, there were other cosy corners in the chalet to sit down and do some work. The highlight was the small, absolutely cute Spa!

The best 5 star hotel in Verbier by far. The staff were not only quick and efficient they were most gracious. The food in BO gourmet restaurant was excellent, the best bread I have eaten in a long time. The pool was surprising; fun but not good for laps.

The views were spectacular, once in a lifetime chance to do so and were so glad we did. The staff were very accommodating despite us not speaking fluent French and tried their best to communicate in English. The views of the alps were unmatched and was quite easy to get to the property despite being high up the mountain side.

We liked absolutely everything. Great interior design, very clean, good services, all the team was very kind and helpful.

The location is right in the middle of the town. Walking distance to ski lift and lots of shops, restaurants around the hotel. It is a nice boutique hotel and a very comfortable stay.
Loooved the calm atmosphere here and the interior designs and scent throughout. Everyone was kind at the hotel and we loved our stay here.
I loved that there was a big pillow menu of many options too.

Late, very late check out with access to the spa. Very nice interior design with quality cosmetic products and good samples of coffee in room. The spa has all the standard facilities expected.
