The 3-star Luisa Palace Hotel offers bright rooms with ocean or river views. It is located less than 50 meters from the Canasvieiras Beach, in the north of Florianópolis.
These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
The facilities were designed in good taste and in general well kept. The room was always exceptionally clean, well lit and with a pleasant aroma. Breakfast had a good selection and everything was delicious.
The building is well designed, is cool and relatively quiet, only about 2 minutes walk to the beach.
The staff were excellent. Everyone on the front desk was very helpful.
The breakfasts were amazing, particularly the wide selection of sandwiches and cakes that changed every day.
The sauna and jacuzzi were a nice touch.
João and his wife are great hosts, who will welcome you with a perfectly clean apartment, great tips for activities and even small welcome gifts such as beer in the fridge. The view from the top apartment is absolutely beautiful. The AC works well, the interior design is good, and the house is well located in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to Lagoa and Praia Joaquinha.
One of the most beautiful ‘hostels’ I’ve ever stayed in. More like a boutique hotel. Beautiful wooden flooring and decor. Really stunning. Lovely view onto the beach from the lounge. The kitchen was also excellent and everything was clean, new and working. The showers had great water pressure and were hot. And the beds are large and really comfortable. The staff are all very nice and one or two speak English. There is also an outdoor restaurant on the premises which serves food and beer at very reasonable prices.

I had an amazing stay at the LK Design Hotel. Very nice comfortable modern rooms. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and swimming pool. Great staff, all are very friendly and helpful. The best breakfast ever, so many choices and all delicious. I would highly recommend this Hotel to everybody who wants to stay in the center. I am looking forward to my next stay with you.
