I really enjoyed my stay at Amira Hotel. The staff was great, they helped me on every issue, including surprise for my wife in the room and even paying for the parking ticket I got in Bansko. It is possible to buy a ski pass at the hotel reception (only in cash). This hotel has a very good spa area and a good breakfast. Very beautiful and quiet hotel.

Marina and her husband were the best. They were so helpful and friendly with all of our requests and then some. This was my wife's birthday and they made sure to have flowers in the room, a bottle of wine, and helpful suggestions of where to go and what to do. I chose to give my wife and myself a full body massage which we both agreed was very heavenly. The room was very large and had a great view of the mountains nearby. The beds were really nice and we were very comfortable. Now to the breakfasts. Prepare to be amazed at the size and the choices on the menu. All of our choices were amazing in taste and we could not finish our meals. Great value for the best breakfasts we've ever had. Included was coffee, juice, and a Bulgarian yoghurt drink. You could get a normal eggs and bacon breakfast to more traditional Bulgarian breakfasts... all were amazing.

We were offered a free room upgrade which we enjoyed. The apartment was spacious and clean with a big balcony. The food in the restaurant is always great. The parking garage is a big plus. It's our third stay in the hotel and we will visit again :)
