Very pleased with our stay here during our wedding! especially when they opened up the spa for just the two of us on the morning of our wedding. it was a very kind gesture! the staff is incredibly sweet. they also brought us champagne in the bridal room when we were getting ready. the place is also very close to the balchik palace. the location is very safe and there were no loud noises from outside to disturb us.
