Location was excellent. Safe upmarket area. Beds were comfortable, Double glazing cut out nearly all road noise and meant air conditioner spent more time off than on. Easy to get anywhere. Desk had a couple of people that spoke rudimentary English since we had to use a translator on google to communicate elsewhere. Lots of places to eat close by. We actually walked to local shopping centres (biggest mall in BA)

I cannot find the words to describe the service and friendliness of the owner and the staff. You just have to ask and they are ready to provide even before you complete your request. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Place does not have a big lobby or a bar or cofe shop but it has around the clock food to snack or eat like tea,coffe and sandwiches etc. Owner is super friendly and large hearted. It is truly a boutique hotel
