Set on 26 acres, Amuri Estate Luxury Lodge offers accommodation with free WiFi. There is a guest lounge with a fireplace and a large patio offering stunning mountain and river views. Guests will receive a complimentary welcome cheese platter and local bottle of wine. The location is very scenic. To wake up to a sunrise over mountain ranges and the fields across from the lodge was a great experience. There was only one other family at the lodge on the night that we stayed, so we pretty much had the entire house for ourselves. The house was very well maintained. The library, kitchen, patio, the room, everything was just perfect. The hosts welcomed us with a bottle of local wine and cheese and fruits platter. They gave us great information about the area. The country house offers a sun terrace. Quiet, peaceful, lovely grounds, and only 8 minutes to Ashburton. Only 30 minutes to Mt. Somer hiking. House and rooms have all been recently renovated and are beautiful. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Rebecca and Jemma were lovely hosts. Highly recommend over staying in Ashburton given all of the above.

This property is tucked away in a quiet location but very convenient for seeing the area. The house is immaculately clean and we had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

Such a lovely place to spend a wonderful night and was so excited to meet the cutie cats and alcapa next to the house. The surrounding was so quiet and we had a great rest after a tiring day (driving whole day). Everything was just nice for us ~ Will definitely book again if we have a chance to visit New Zealand again.

This fabulous country house is perfect. The rooms are exquisitely appointed, spotless and luxurious. The landscaping is amazing with every view a sensory sensation. As for the view, well it is almost indescribable as it changes like a gorgeous painting every time you look up. Gary and Robert have perfectly situated the house to take advantage of this extraordinary view. In our mind though Gary and Robert are the piece de resistance of the entire experience. Warm, engaging intelligent and with a witty humorous way to turn a phase. We felt so welcome and so much at home in their company.
