We booked a lovely apartment with 2 private rooms for one night in the middle of August. The place is big, clean and just wonderful, with AC and bathrooms in each room. We could park the car in front of the building and we had a very good night sleep thanks to the wooden blinds that kept it dark in the rooms.

The classically decorated accommodation of Palazzo Conti is equipped with flat-screen TV and a seating area. Each apartment has a full kitchenette with coffee machine. The host, Simone, was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Just to mentione few things: he didn't hesitate to give us milk for the kids late in the evening when we arrived, accommoodated an early dinner for us in the restaurant, picked up dried washed clothes from outside (while we were out sightseeing and started raining). The house was very spacious, well decorated, clean, the kitchen functional, beds comfortable. The outdoor space was incredibly beautiful and tidy, it has exceptional views of the Tuscany hills, the pool was great for the kids and us too. Optional breakfast had good variety for a fair price. All in all a great experience, definitely recommended!

It has the most breath taking views of the Tuscan countryside, and the friendliest staff we have encountered in the whole country. They were extremely helpful with everything. The breakfast was also great and very filling. The room was large and fully equipped. In general, the stay was cozy and we would've loved to stay longer. We hope to return someday.

Quiet and tucked away overlooking beautiful Tuscan hills. The breakfast was also amazing. We felt like we really slowed down during our short stay and would love to come back!

Free private parking is possible on site. We loved everything. So relaxing. 10-minute walk up to Montepulciano. Great breakfast, the nicest family running the place. Very nice and super cute kids. There is nothing bad I can say about the property. I wish it would have been warmer weather because the pool looked very inviting. Would definitely stay there again. Their dogs were even great, especially Wilma.

Overlooking Tuscan vineyards, Country House Art and Garden offers unique self-catering accommodation in the grounds of Monte Antico Castle, near Paganico. The rustic apartments feature exposed wooden beams and whitewashed walls. Peaceful, beautiful setting and views. The owners were so gracious and kind - answering our questions and making sure we had the best experience. We had such a lovely stay and look forward to returning.
