The host, Simone, was extremely helpful, kind and friendly. Just to mentione few things: he didn't hesitate to give us milk for the kids late in the evening when we arrived, accommoodated an early dinner for us in the restaurant, picked up dried washed clothes from outside (while we were out sightseeing and started raining). The house was very spacious, well decorated, clean, the kitchen functional, beds comfortable. The outdoor space was incredibly beautiful and tidy, it has exceptional views of the Tuscany hills, the pool was great for the kids and us too. Optional breakfast had good variety for a fair price. All in all a great experience, definitely recommended!

This Agriturismo with spring-water swimming pool is located on a hill just outside Pienza. All rooms and the restaurant offer a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside. Parking is free.
The rustic rooms come with exposed oak-wood beams on the ceilings and underfloor heating and cooling system. Each features a private bathroom and a satellite TV. Some are located in the annex building just a few meters away.

Very peaceful. It has the most breath taking views of the Tuscan countryside, and the friendliest staff we have encountered in the whole country. They were extremely helpful with everything. The breakfast was also great and very filling. The room was large and fully equipped. In general, the stay was cozy and we would've loved to stay longer. We hope to return someday.

Fresh air, neat architecture, beautiful atmosphere, really good breakfast, calmness, really nice and cheerful stuff, green everywhere, etc. // Cant describe really how we were all, 6 people, so happy with the experience. Strongly recommended.
