The house is fantastic; it is clean, well-equipped, has a lovely interior and enough space for 9 people. It has beautiful outdoor area where you can rest and have fun. I highly recommend this house.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. Quiet place, perfect for a weekend getaway. Everything you need is there, yet it remains sooo minimal. Every wall, the ceiling and the floor are wooden, so it feels (and smells) like a cabin in the forest! I cooked both nights with no problem and found coffee in the morning.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 600 metres from Anavissos Beach, and guests can benefit from on-site private parking and complimentary WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is situated 14 km from Lavrion Technological and Cultural Park.

An organised beach with sun loungers, restaurants and watersports can be found 50 metres away. Athens is 39 km from the country house, while Piraeus is 43 km away. The nearest airport is Elefthérios Venizélos Airport, 30 km from New seafront studio. I did not like anything. The place was full of dirt and hair. We saw 3 cockroaches, and the entrance of the location was a garbage dump. Many of the amenities like hair dried, tv, iron were not there. Furthermore, the place smell so bad that they even tried to cover up with a sort of scent diffuser, yet the smell was terrible. This place is a scam, please DONT stay here. It is dirty and the amenities does not reflect reality.

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. Extremely clean, well appointed, we had all of the facilities a family would need for a comfortable stay. Very quiet street, calm peaceful location but still very close to everything there is to see in Sounio.
Really well presented and lots of extras like a nice bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge. Car parking is great under the building and its lovely and quiet and far enough away from the road not to hear any cars.
Perfect apartment with all that a family needs. Very close to the sea, quiet neighborhood, and lots of parking spaces. Close by there are several shops, caffe terraces, mini markets and fruit shops. 10 m away there is a small park with lots of trees, flowers, and beautiful vegetation.
The quiet and peaceful location and proximity to very nice beaches and historical sites.
Location excellent when you want a quiet and peaceful holidays without any distractions, however short 30 min drive to Athens International Airport and 60 min to Athens City via Attiki Odos motorway. Own car, naturally, needed in order to reach destination and to move around the Attica peninsula. Garage for car included in the Villa.
We feel like home there. The location was excellent It is a quiet and peaceful place and a fitting place for the familly bring together. Ana is a great person and dedicated to the guests.
Extremely helpful and friendly owners who went out of their way to be considerate. A five minute stroll down a peaceful road to a nice beach with great swimming, reasonably priced umbrellas and 2 beach bars. The property was quiet, well equipped and very clean, with comfortable beds and very good air conditioning. We particularly liked the decor of the apartment.
The location is really nice. It is quiet, peaceful and really a nice beach to enjoy. If you are looking for a simple and quiet place to spend some time, this is ok but there is nothing else to do there. Looking for a beach place, this is just really good.
