The country house with a terrace and garden views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are featured in the country house. The property has an outdoor dining area. Kevin, Jo and their children were a pleasure to meet. Very well situated cottage for visiting Winchester and Jane Austen's house, with bus service to both. We actually walked to Winchester on country paths, some by the river, and country roads! Not expensive to use taxi for Winchester. And it gives the taste of countryside and a country village (with a lovely pub, who served delicious pies!). The cottage is very well appointed, spacious, bright, very quiet, well decorated, warm (a very good heating system), comfy beds and good linen, good bathroom and a good breakfast corner (with kettle, toaster, teas, a little fridge -no microwave, but owners were happy to heat up our soup and porridge-; and they left biscuits, milk and a swiss roll).

The location is quiet and peaceful yet not far away from town. The staff were lovely..
We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pub is in the countryside so quiet and peaceful. Booked the pub as a surprise for my partner for Valentines Day. The pub was nicely decorated and a lot of effort had been made. It felt like a special evening. The Valentines dinner was lovely and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. Parking was included. We enjoyed it so much we are returning for 2 nights early April and we hope to enjoy the local walks.
The location was lovely, beautiful countryside, quiet and peaceful and convenient to the places we wished to visit. The weather was also perfect.
Fantastic room, beautiful decorated and very comfortable. Everywhere was immaculately clean and the countryside location was very quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy and hosts friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked with the addition of cereals and fresh berries. Great find.
Travelled with an elderly parent and the comfortable and well equipped lodge was just perfect for our needs. Best of all (in fabulous weather) was the big, comfortable terrace overlooking the countryside from where we could watch and listen to all the birdlife and the squirrels and even a deer on one evening. It was also a perfect base for exploring the New Forest and the Dorset coast. The site (in mid May) was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The Warbrook House hotel is a hotel based in an old mansion in a quiet part of North Hampshire in the countryside near Hartney Whitney and Hook, west of the M3. The hotel has spacious grounds, is quiet, well located and comfortable with nicely decorated rooms. I had an upstairs front facing double of good size, and was warm, with en suite. Ample car parking to the side, pleasant surroundings, helpful staff and good amenities. Would use again.
Beautiful location overlooking the wonderful Hampshire countryside. Peaceful and quiet. Apartment had everything I needed. It was a wonderful stay and I hope to return soon and will be recommending to family.

Wonderfully quiet and peaceful setting in middle of countryside. Great breakfast , and fantastic converted barn. You will need a sat-nav to find it....
